The training principle of the NOSG is unity and flexibility. Unity is to be united in preserving the standards of training carried out in the Arab region and internationally, while flexibility should be maintained in the application of these rules, so that it matches with the other scouts and guides leaders in the Sultanate and to help these leaders to execute their roles efficiently and effective.ely.
